Exclusive rental of The Young Mansion (excluding upstairs bedrooms/bathrooms) for ceremony, cocktails, and reception.
6 hours main event duration, 3 hours of pre-event bridal party mixer, and use of property for photography.
Use of upstairs bridal suite, billiards room, and downstairs first floor level.
Shuttle service provided for guests to parking location.
5 hour setup time prior to event.
2 hour breakdown after event.
A Mansion coordinator will be there the day of your event.

We only require $2,000 to Save Your Date. Flexible payments can be applied to the balance till paid in full 30 days prior to your event.
Complimentary 2 Hour Rehearsal Time (1 week prior to event)
7% tax rate applies
No loud music/noise after 10pm.
A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required from the renter for all rentals.
If needed a $2,200 mandatory tenting fee will apply. (White Tent Only)
A $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit shall be fully refunded if all Young Mansion Rules and Regulations are adhered to satisfactorily and no damage has occurred.
Overnight Accommodations for the Wedding Couple
The Young Mansion is available for an overnight stay, at an additional fee, for the wedding couple in the air-conditioned upstairs bridal suite. Young Mansion will ensure exclusive secure use of the property with catered breakfast for the couple. (Check out 10am)
