Film Permit
City of Hollywood requires a film permit
Noise
No loud music/noise after 10pm.
Taxes
7% tax rate applies
To Reserve Dates
Rate + taxes + deposit with 50% due at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days before the event.
Security Deposit
A $2,500 Refundable Security Deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit shall be fully refunded if all Young Mansion Rules and Regulations are adhered to satisfactorily and no damage has occurred.
